Harvesters U16 South maintained the 100% record in the league with a 3-0 win against Omonia White.
The first half was goalless despite Harvesters having the better of the possession but they were unable to create any clear cut chances.
The second half could not have started any better as Omonia were immediately forced onto the back foot, however Lucas King intercepted and threaded a ball through which Joseph Curran reached just before the keeper and found Shai Coombs who struck to make it 1-0. Straight from the kick off Harvesters pressurised again and Shai Coombs turned provider with a square ball to Joseph Curran to make it 2-0.
Despite having the better of things for the rest of the second half with Ryan Mason only having one header to save, it wasn’t until stoppage time when more pressing on the left wing by Nathan Thornton saw him win the ball, beat two defenders and lay the ball off to the grateful Joseph Curran to make it 3-0.
