Penalty or no penalty?

Here are the facts: our first match of the season and as a matter of fact we were allegedly a little rusty. Conceded to Comets. Battled back into the game. Towards the end of the game came close to being awarded a penalty. But the manager of the other team did not agree and so did not allow us the penalty. Result - lost 1-0. Man of the match Arthur
