We Need Your Help
As we approach the end of the season and the excitement of cup victories and league titles, we need volunteers to support finals’ days and the club’s own competition. Unfortunately the number of volunteers to date is extremely low and means we will struggle to run these events.
The events are key to Harvesters in terms of revenue. Why you might ask, simply that subscriptions, which, we intend to hold at their current level, are £245 but the cost to run the club per player is around £320. Some of the shortfall is made up by Gift Aid and the balance by our other activities of which the finals, and moving forward, the club’s own competition are key. These activities are organised, managed and staffed solely by volunteers.
Harvesters is just asking for a couple of hours per parent, to me that is the essence of a community club. We really need all our teams, Girls and Boys, to be well represented at these events and to contribute to the days. At present some teams are not represented whilst others have gone beyond the call.

The volunteers per team is taken into account regarding training and kick off times.
