We are introducing a new training camp to St Albans from Monday 7th January- Jay Hanks Fitness Academy.
Jay Hank Fitness Academy is bringing a friendly and hard working environment to adults of all abilities. This can be anyone who is/wants to start or continue working towards fat-loss goals and increasing cardiovascular limits; from absolute beginners to fitness fanatics!
As a fantastic start to 2019, Jay Hanks has set up a 6 week cycle of exercise classes consisting of 3 x 45 minute sessions per week, totalling in 18 sessions to jump start the year.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday’s:
Once you join the Academy you will receive all the support you need from Jay including a welcome pack with all the information regarding the cycle and of course, Jay! He will provide nutritional advise and personalised macronutrients to every member of the team and provide you with your own body stats such as: your body fat, hip to waist ratios, BMI and progress pictures at weeks 1 and 6.
The training sessions will vary each session and become more progressive as the weeks go on ranging in different intensities and training styles including but not limited to:
Boxing pad work and circuits
HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
Circuits ( barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags and more )
Indoor/outdoor boot camp
Abs and core work
