Head Coach - Harvesters FC
Harvesters are looking for an Enthusiastic/Knowledgable Person to join our club at our vibrant progressive Football Club as our Head of Coaching
Job Description
: To ensure that Harvesters FC remains a safe enjoyable environment for all ages, levels and genders to enjoy playing football.
: To ensure the player development syllabus is supported by all coaches.
: To support Lead Phase Coaches, Coaches & Managers in all aspects of training and match days.
: Innovative/Forward Thinking in taking Harvesters FC player development forwards in agreement with Director of Football
: Research current trends of coaching/teaching, player development, and industry best practice to inform practice within Harvesters.
: Build relationships across Harvesters and wider club to enable effective support to all coaching staff.
: Maintain / enhance own coaching competence through regular delivery (e.g. demonstrations, covering absences).
: Conduct relevant support of all coaches current and required level of performance.
: Monitor the coaching process and methodology across all phases within Harvesters to ensure highest standards are maintained.
: Work alongside CWO ensuring that records of all coaches/manager qualifications and license status are up to date.
: Develop and deliver an innovative in-house CPD program for all coaching staff based on Academy Performance Plan
: Support effective working across multi-disciplinary teams through education and promoting relevant benefits.
: To chair and attend football development meetings once every 6 weeks.
: To oversee the in house movement of players, to monitor team or issues of player progression and retention and signing of new players.

Requirements
: Clean Driving Licence
: Minimum Level 2 Level 3/UEFA B Licence preferable
: CRB/Safeguarding/First Aid
: Coaching experience teaching/coaching children
: To be flexible in working hours. Weekends essential with 2/3 evenings
: Good communication skills
